FREE Webinar – Revisiting the Weight-Inclusive Approach: Challenges and Concrete Application
Pratique Inclusive co-founders Julia Lévy-Ndejuru, Marilou Morin-Laferrière and Lisa Rutledge will explore the fundamentals of anti-fat bias, the shortcomings of weight-centric approaches, and the nuanced application of weight-inclusive practices. This webinar offers both practical strategies for clinicians as well as research insights.
The presentation will delve into the complexities of navigating a world where more and more people choose to take weight loss medications which often affect their relationship with their body, and also address how intersectional identities impact the acceptance of weight inclusive approaches.
