Vincci Tsui
Vincci Tsui (she/her) is a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor based in Mohkíntsis/Guts’its’i/Wîchîspa, or what is now known as Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from McGill University, where she completed the integrated dietetic internship program. Vincci is the founder of Weight-Inclusive Dietitians in Canada (WIDIC) and author of The Mindful Eating Workbook: Simple Practices for Nurturing a Positive Relationship with Food.
Prior to shifting to a weight-inclusive practice, Vincci worked as a dietitian in a variety of settings, including working in a bariatric surgery clinic for over five years.
Vincci takes a collaborative, compassionate, and inclusive approach to nutrition care that is informed by anti-oppression, social justice, Health at Every Size®, intuitive eating, mindful eating, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care concepts. Through her work, she hopes to contribute to a world where everyone has equitable access to the resources necessary to meet their physical, mental, emotional, social and cultural needs.
